The S1Pro? It's a chunky knife, but the S1 is a good size. Without having handled them I feel the F1 would be a little small for such a chunky knife, while the A1 is too long and unwieldy ... but that's just off the specs. It is a survival knife so is intended to be up for whatever you need so it's going to be better at splitting wood, coarse bushcrafts, and as an ice axe than skinning. The Thermorun handle is a little uncomfortable, but in a survival situation a little discomfort is ok if it means you can get a good grip on your knife regardless of weather or your physical state.

So if I'm going bush it won't be the knife I have on my belt, but it'll be in my backpack. I do use it though, as I use all my knives, but I'm unlikely to ever need to put it through its paces as a survival knife because I don't plan to get myself into a survival situation, although if I do it wouldn't be the first time ...

Hey! Beautiful collection! I contacted Mike Jones to get a custom Bushfucker OG. Can i have your honest take on the it? Would you recommend it? How has it held up? How easy/difficult is it to sharpen? Thank you!

I love sharpening high-carbon steel but being a concave blade it's not straightforward and I have yet to master it so I know I haven't got the Bushfucker as sharp as I can. Even so, it's an amazing unique design that's more like an axe than a machete and devastates woody weeds and small branches. I guess if you've got big biceps you could wield it one-handed? I definitely recommend adding an OG Bushfucker to your collection.

Thats amazing to hear! I am going to place an order sometime this week! Sharpening most definitely seems like it will be a headache, but having something that is completely unique is worth it! Thank you!
