I'm not too advanced when it comes to choice of knives, but here goes:

What we've got here is a standard Ka-Bar Olean. Ny. USMC knife, a CRKT Bear Claw razor edge, and some kind of folder that I got from my dad. Also worth noticing is the camo-colored Buff (gotta love it), and the BCB Combat survival tin. The black sheath is from a cheap Ka-Bar Next Gen copy that is now wrecked. I don't see why I couldn't use the sheath for my new REAL Ka-Bar ;)

In my opinion, the Ka-Bar is a beautiful knife, and I know I'll be using it for a long time to come.

Nice pictures, I really like how you piggy backed the bear claw sheath to the Ka Bar sheath.

Hey, thanks. It works perfect. Just the right height on the thigh for a quick draw, in case I need it. I love the bear claw. I used it in a boat resque once (no worries, noone was inside the boat). The boat had tipped over, and in order to tip it back, we used some steel wire to turn it. We also had securing ropes to keep the boat from doing something unexpected. Anyway, one of the security ropes hindered the boat from turning over again, and things got tight. We were worried about the steel wire breaking (we all know that's bad), and I had to cut the rope that was causing trouble. The bear claw did it, and I'm grateful I had it on me. :)
