I got my first two HI kukris today!Alot sooner than expected too.One is a 15 inch something or other and the other is an 18 inch forward curve umm....well i cant remember what they're called.I really didnt know what to expect,man these things are thick.Solid too.Beautiful knives.I just stopped long enough to post this before i go out and try these babies out.Thanks alot Mr Bill.
 
Just got back,damn storm blew in and ruined my fun.I didnt do much cutting,but i was amazaed by the forward curveing blades chopping.It took me about 3 swings to find the sweet spot.After that the blade would glide through thick branches with ease.With a little power behind it,the knife easily took out small trees with single chops.

As a side question,are the small knives that come with the kukris supposed to match the kukri?I just thought it was interesteing how the small knife had the same blade and forward curve as the kukri.

Finally got to put it to good use.Was walking on the railroad tracks and came to an area the railroad had marked to be cut away.Young trees,a couple larger ones...good stuff

Spent about an hour there and had a great tiem getting the feel for this big knife.I love it!
