My kydex sheath is very loose.

You could try, but you might end up needing a new sheath. There was a thread here the other day about the same thing. One of the experienced Kydex benders commented about ways to fix this. Might be worth a look.

I had the same problem with my Street Beat. I was able to heat it and make it much better but not perfect.

Hi Everybody,
Putting it in the oven will ruin the sheath
It is darn near impossible to completely remold a sheath after it has been finished, and some of the "Kydex" sheaths from major manufacturers are not actually kydex and react very badly to certain heats.
If you post a couple pics it would help a bunch.
You can also try these tips
with a hair dryer or heat gun, heat gun will work better but be careful to not over heat, overheating and kydex is very bad
You can heat a area on the back side of the sheath and make a depression that will put some retention on the blade and that will eliminate the rattle.
You can also heat the mouth of the sheath but that may take a few tries.
Report back and hope that helps.
