I'm not quite sure how this whole Mayan Calandar thing works (I dont think they did either). I dont know if yesterday at midnight was our last day or if today is and it all ends at midnight. Either way if this is the first or the last day, I wanted to celebrate it with bacon. I didnt have much to work with (besides the bacon and a 14 and a few other misc. items) but this is what I came up with. During one of my backpacking trips in Colorado I ate breakfast at this tiny little restaurant in a little hippie town. I asked for recommendations and they said, "Eat the Mountain Muffin" It was a Toasted English Muffin, over easy egg, fresh sliced onions, fresh sliced avocado, cream cheese, swiss cheese and tons of bacon. IT WAS AMAZING. I was an absolute mess when I finished it but thats what makes a good sandwich, right? I attempted to come as close to this sandwich as I could with what I had in the house (didnt wanna have to take 3 kids out in the weather just for some items that didnt really matter---I had the bacon already). So here it is without any more delay. OutdoorsFamilyManwich--Toasted Everything bagel, Cream cheese, colby-jack cheese, egg over easy, onions and BACON---and my 14 to pretty it up---I thought it was a pretty good way to end/start. (Good enough that I forced myself to eat another one)I offered to make my boys one but they declined---they just wanted to eat the bacon by itself. I was so proud.

I dont/cant drink--kidney issue--cut out soda and beer completely (carbonated beverages are hard on kidneys)--drink coffee once a month now--and hot tea once or twice a week---other than that water is all I drink--120oz a day
