1. D2 Drop Point

D2 heat treat by hills
Blade: 90mm
LOA: 192mm
Thickness: 3mm
Handle: Stabilized Macassar Ebony with white G10 liners, Nickel silver pins and Tapered tang.

Full flat grind, hand finished to 1200 grit. Handle is at 2000 grit and steel wool with wood wax finish. This knife has a distal tapered blade and a tapered tang. Black Leather sheath by Ray from Wild Boar Leather.

2. 1075 Kitchen/Light camp utility(Also put this up in custom makers section, sorry for the double up)

1075 Steel (HT by Hills)
Hand finished to 1200
Thickness: 2.5mm at widest point with lots of distal taper
Blade Length: 135mm
Blade Width: 32mm
LOA: Just shy of 250mm
Full flat grind
Green Canvas Micarta and Nickel Silver pins.

Those are very elegant. How many have you made? My guess is handle #3 looks like it could be 1/4" to 1/2" longer. Overall, I like them a lot.

I have now completed 10 knives. Spot on with the sheoak knife. Though it still feels good in the hand and its nice and light.

All three are really nice but my favorite is the third one. I think it's the combination of handle shape, handle material, and blade shape. Impressive.

Thanks Paul, Yeah I really like that one two. Its comfy, light and thin. Holds a nice edge and sharpens up a treat.

Seems the She-Oak scales are a hit. Lucky I have heaps of it slabbed up! Might have to make some more scales out of it!
