It's a 110 liner lock that Buck made for a very short time. According to Joe, it didn't work too well with the nickle silver bolsters and lining. Ironically the prototype was made with brass and worked fine. I figured any collection of 110's had to include this unusual variation.

My home computer does not show the knife image,NICE knife.

Had the same problem Earl. Thought I was going loony. Found out it was related to the privacy settings on my firewall. I use Zone Alarm. Adjusted settings and pics magically appeared. You might want to give it a try.
