Well, here she is. Destined to hopefully leave my little Alabama Hottie speachless. I will find out this Friday. ;)

All that I have left to do is put the edge on, buff out the handle a little more, and make the sheath.

Your Little Alabama Hottie is gonna love it. Great damascus also. I really like those pins too. Did you make those pins or buy them? Keep up the fantastic work!

smart2k- I made them. They are actually twisted, but you can't really tell from looking at the end grain. I need to find a way to get the stars to show in a solid pin.

Anydoy have any ideas?

Gad what a beauty. Is there any change you would sell some Mokume for bolsters?

I will have to look and see what I have left for mokume. if I have anything it will still be straight laminate. The piece I am thinking about was going to be used as the gaurd on that cable fighter I did and I think I started cutting it wrong so I put it in the scrap bin. It was either that or it had some delamination going on. I will check when I get home tonight.

What size/pattern are you looking for? If you want to pattern and shape it, I will be willing to send you some of my "scrap" straight laminate pieces FOC. Just email me your shipping address and they are yours.

Damn, I know I have a piece somewhere that has a twist pattern in it and is probably 1/8 to 3/16 x 3/4 x 1.5 to 2 inches.

Well, instead of me rambling on like the idiot that i am, I will look tonight and email you pictures of what I have laying around.
