Like a fat girls thighs!Yes I did. It passed the dog food can test. The stupid pull tab broke off and you can not use a can opener on that type of can so I pulled this out and a few stabs and a hard pry, POOF the dogs are happy .

My sheath set up. It just hangs from my belt loop.It stays out of the way when I ride my bike or sit down. I used a Ti split ring and a S clip .

It's not my first It is my first time checkering a handle. Man,checkering is harder than it looks!

I'd say you're on to something great! Just my .02 but I think you should countersink those handle bolts so that your screw heads are flush with the handle surface.
