I was going though some old knife designs that I had and I found this one and decided to give it a go. It was REALLY fun to make this knife!

It's 11 inches over all and weights 8oz. The carbon fiber is about .210 on each side and the liner is .090 thick Ti. The blade is .210" thick S60V (that is the only steel I had in this size) Tip up carry.

Something different for the Spirit of Steel show next month anyway... :D

Thanks for looking, I welcome your feedback!

heavy duty Judy!

I think that's a gorgeous folder. I'm not a fan of large folders in practice, but in theory I love them. (my hands are small).

nice job!!!

It is a good looking and solid knife. Good work!

I think that I like the smaller one better, though.

It is georgeous!!!

I love big folders, the bigger the better. I am waiting for someone to make a folder so big I'll need to a wheel barrow to walk around the Mall!!

Again, beautiful knife, great job..........

Your fixed blades were impressively flawless. I'm not surprised at the level of craftsmanship from your folder work. I really like this design and the carbon fiber scales add some good character to that shapely blade.

Thank you all for the kind words, it is a big one for sure! :)

I am also planning to make this design in a more conventional size...

Thanks for looking

It is a fabulous looking knife! I LOVE CF! That sure is a big, honking knife!! I like it a whole lot.

The photos are nice, but until you hold one of brother George's knives in your hand, you can't really appreciate the craftsmanship.

I was fortunate enough to have Les spend a day with me a couple of months ago. He brought a bag of "goodies" along, and I must say that his fit and finish are over the top.

Keep up the good work Les .........
