Mississippi_Dave, it is fun to do, but be careful. This stuff gives of toxic vapor when you work it. I set up an oven out in the garage and wear a respirator to avoid the vapors and dust. Play safely.

nice! What I'm wondering: I've been working on Kydex myself and never quite know how tight a lockup I should build into the sheath. Tight enough to use it securely upside down, but then easy enough to pull it out with one hand quickly. Any ideas! I'll mail you some scans of my Euro 4 sheath!

There are enough people who know what they're doing around here, do a fantastic job(snap, snap), so they don't need me driving people to them by trying my hand...and I hate to be laughed at toooo much.
