Hey guys......figured I'd show my latest score: a Benchmade Rift 950SBK. I love it thus far. Its my first Benchmade knife, and I have to say that I'm definitely impressed. Its opening and closing is SO smooth....and the AXIS lock gives a nice, satisfying "clunk" when opening, similar to that reassuring sound my MOD CQD Mark 1 and 2 give when they are opened.

Benchmade is now one of my favorite knife companies. Hopefully all their knives are this good! I think I'll pick up that Skirmish 630SBK next week. =D

Thanks for looking!

Yeah, Benchmades really are nice.
As you start to collect more knives, you'll probably start moving away from the partially serrated blades and either getting plain edged or fully serrated ones.

Honestly, I like the idea of the combo edge. Because of the fact that you still have cutting power if your plain edge of the blade is dulled. Plus I like the look.....its just something about a combo edge that I like....especially on my MOD CQD Mark 1......I wanted a combo edge CQD Mark 2, but they were sold out.....honestly plain or combo, I'm ok with both.

i agree that eventually you will probably switch to plain edge. you have quite a nice collection started and they should ll fit in nicely with a glock :D i carry a khar myself

I am going to back the above up. You shouldn't let your knife get dull, and a plain edge that is sharp cuts just as well as a serrated edge.

Nice knife, though.

I agree jack, the Mark 2 is very nice. Its my second favorite knife that I own; next to only, the full size Mark 1. =D
