Here are a couple of pics of my latest sheath. Another one in full frontal shark. I tried a few new things in the construction,a different thread and some different stuff on the edges(which came out real nice). Even though this one came out OK it is still more of a practice piece than anything else. Thankfully I have a few knives to practice on!

Another sheath for a Busse ASH1

They do look great! How much thickness does the shark skin have, various weights like leather or only one?

THanks for the kind words guys.

As far as I know shark isn't sold by thickness. I think it depends on the hide that you get.

Was that the color the stock came in or did you dye it?

Very nice sheath, I love the texture.

Thanks. The shark was little lighter brown when I bought it, but took on that reddish hue when a applied some Acrylic Resolene.

looking good bro! A full overlay can look very classy. :) I really like the use of the shark on the keeper strap, its the little touches that get my attention more so than the big stuff.

Whatcha using on the edges now?
