I just received my Superblue Ladybug today....What can I say, it is a Ladybug with a great steel. Can't wait to get patina on this naturally as the line is very very faint.

I got mine a few days ago. After opening the box and as I was quietly admiring this wonderful little knife in the solitude of my man cave, my wife walked in. She commented on how 'cute' my new knife was, asked to see it and promptly walked out of the room thanking me for her new knife. I had mixed emotions as I had already grown attached to my new ladybug. Feeling a bit down over my lady spydie leaving me so suddenly was mixed with good feelings about my wife really enjoying 'her' new knife. What to do? The answer was simple, immediately order me a new blue lady.................and a new Lum Chinese to make up for the pain of the sudden separation!! I'm feeling better already.

That's why I had two of them incoming, I knew my wife would want this one! I like that she likes them.
 
My wife has been very supportive in my interest in knives. Her personal interest in knives has always been marginal. But she took to this ladybug like a bee to honey. I thought that was great.

have two incoming for exact same reason, my wife has faithfully purse carried a delica for 3 years; she may be looking for change
 
I've have the same. I have had delica in superblue and ZDP-189 and my husband put me in front of painful, which one I want to keep for myself. I have ladybug in ZDP-189.
 
I've got a Super Blue Manbug and Dragonfly coming in. Already have a Delica in SB. Nice knife.

Naw. It can actually be pretty cool. She actually has a small (20 or so) collection of her own. So she is interested in knives and encourages my hobby. ;)

a dinky little blade and it's still laminated!?!?! this is starting to feel like a kafka novel. AHHGGGGHH!!!!!
 
Could be worse…my wife did that with a new Kimber Pro Raptor II pistol. "That's nice…this one's mine" :eek::D
