Probably one of 5 things I make all year! Oh well. Anyway, definitely my best work to date. Specs: 6.25" OAL with a 2.5" blade. 1/8" thick 1084 clay tempered and quenched in oil. Only power tools used were drill press for the pins and Dremel for the finger notch. If I could use power I would, trust me! There are more pics in the Gallery if you want some closeup details. I used files for most of it, and my surfaces are usually a bit convex because of it, but I spent a lot of time draw filing this one so it has pretty flat grinds. The handles are black G-10 and Micarta pins finished to 320. Still needs a sheath, but overall it's done! Whaddya think?

I see a stealth fighter in there! Cool, I like it!

You by any chance a Palmer grad?

The angles reflect radar pretty good. Hasn't been picked up yet, at least, as far as I know! Yes to the Palmer grad. You too?

No, it's just the only chiro I'll use, thank you! Palmer guys have kept me going for many years, when "traditional" docs just said "tough luck, guy". Michael Bruno, in Waukegan, IL, is my doc. He's a wee bit rougher than I'd like, but he fixes what ails me. I just plain like the Palmer philosophy.

Nope. I'm not much for naming anything, particularly since each one is completely unique. I freehand everything, so I'd be naming things forever since each is a different "model." Although, since I only make a handful of knives every year, I guess it wouldn't take THAT much effort! :D

Very cool! I like the merging of something a little modern with a good ol' temperline. :)

call it doc's attitude that could be a foot long and still be bad :D

as in good :)
