I really love working with San mai steel and só I was very please with the result of this project - a Nakiri in with a 1080 core and stainless sides and stabilized box Elder burl.
althought it is just a little longer than 6´ it is not a small knife and handles with a Nice balance. Pretty as it is, it is also a very practical work horse.
One of those projects I was very please to make and happy to share!

Thanks! The same customer that order es it also asked for a damascus usuba. They were not made to match but will sure look good in his kitchen’ q knife rack.
I am finishing the usuba now and will take pics later.
