Andy, you make one hell of a knife. The handles are really incredible! I'll try to get some "in use" pics with a real camera up soon but I'm too excited about it to hold off! This one is the A2 with Mesquite. So, so, awesome.

I didn't manage to take any unboxing style photos because I was too excited at the post office and pretty much just chewed through the box.

I dont know how much you beat me by but it could not have been long! I was after that one when he posted that he had it for sale. If I had know it had that bolster set up it would have been gone the second he posted it. Nice snag. Now the waiting game begins for another one with that set up but hopefully it will have a beauty mark too ;).
 
What a nice blade. Good catch. Trying to shag one myself. Let us know how it performs.

That is gorgeous! I laughed when you said you chewed through the box. If this knife smarts off in any way to you, send it to me for immediate disciplining. LOL
 
That Hiking Buddy design is simply awesome. The more I think about it though the more I want the one I get to be the same materials as my Bushfinger so they will be somewhat of a matching set when she reaches the point and I take Alayna bushcrafting.
