We all know our Brother from France,
Âchillepattada
has introduced us to some of Europe’s best knife makers over the years. Along with the introductions to their work he has helped us to knock on their shop doors and avail ourselves of some of these gems from the masters themselves. I have had a few more over the years and were I wealthier I would have allowed Jean-Marc to enable me to buy a few more, from other makers. His talented knife maker’s pool is deep but I - for one - could only indulge so much without getting too far over my head. 
Still - I am very happy for these and I thank you Jean-Marc,

This post was inspired as I did a bit of maintenance of this fine group this morning. They are all tuned and clean.
