Wow that's amazing! i lost 30 pounds in 3 months when i was younger. i thought that was good but what your brother's done is amazing! what's medifast and how does it work?

A few years ago I decided to get back to what I weighed in high school before I retired in 2007. I bought Hoodia from Costco and lost 25 pounds in 42 days. The Hoodia totally killed my appetite whenever I took it. I have talked to a lot of others who tried it and it seems it only totally kills the appetite in about half those who try it. It really was cheap and readily available so I do recommend trying it as I always failed before as I got so darn hungry.

I went from 195 to 168 and still to this day weigh 168. It will be three years this October. (I lost a couple more pounds after stopping the Hoodia to explain why the math isn't quite right).

Scott,
Extreme cogratulations to your "little" brother!
I am unfortunately at least his "before" size and really need to achieve what he has.
Thank you for sharing. He has a right to be mighty proud of his achievement!

I love it when people try to manage their weight. This is a perfect example that it CAN be done! Thanks for sharing, and tell him congrats on the 100+ pounds lost!

hey bro

I give massive respect to your younger bro

I have been battling weight for years myself and have just now really gotten serious about dropping a few pounds

one of my droogs went and had that lap band thingy done in mexico to save some cheddar and swears by it

Truthfully he does look like a different person and alot of his health issues are almost gone

Congratulations. I can only imagine how good it feels to lose that much weight. (He almost lost an entire me!)
