Hi Everyone,

Just started to get into the Spyderco's. This is what I have so far. Missing my SPYDERCARD and Cricket nishijin which are on their way. I would love to add a captain and a Tatanka. Really enjoying these.

That's a very nice collection.
I have both Southard and the Orange Dodo.
 
Dodo, Wog, and Meerkat? I am a lil' jealous!

I haven't found a reputable person to pick up an orange Dodo from that is still NIB, can't find a Poli-Wog that is in decent enough shape to pay the asking price by the person selling it, and I gave my Meerkat to someone who didn't deserve it.

Oh well.

I do have some picks to contribute to your thread though.

I'm loving that selection there Lockpick88! Very cool and unique, as well as a good spread of sizes/functions.
Not just the usual collection of a Delica and 3 PM2's and a Native or something like that you see all the time.
 
Lol sorry. I wasn't trying to thread jack.

My only intention was to share the love of Spyderco's.

Everything I have in my collection... and I am still jealous of his! Was meant to be a compliment. I think he is off to a great start!

Haha, I've got 3 Delicas, which I love and carry atleast a few times a week. Kind of a requisite knife and a go-to... but was just commenting it's nice to see someone start off their quiver with some others outside the norm, which I'm sure you could agree! :)

Ok this is my last post as we totally are most definitely jacking this thread. Sorry again... but he started it lol.

I totally agree that he has gotten some "not the usual suspects" knives to start his collection. Kudos on that. I still strongly feel that he should pick up a Delica in some configuration or another. NO collection is complete without a Delica! The Delica is one of the knives that started my Spyderco addiction!
 
The problem with me is I have knife ADD. I get them and then want to sell them. My wife says she is surprised I haven't sold her yet.

That is some funny stuff right there.

My problem is that I don't understand catch and release. I also have issues with putting the first scratch on a new blade.

They are all so beautiful to me. They are all ... "my precious, golem, golem, preeeeesssssciousssssss!".

Nice collection there, but I can't help it....At the risk of being way the hell off topic, it looks like you need a Becker BK2 :D
 
Many of us have pics of our "collection." Some are greater than yours; many aren't as nice.
I'm glad that you are happy with it. Nice knives.
