I am not a knife guy, but every now and then the madness strikes me.
I little while back I found myself hurrying down to the man cave with three becker boxes before my wife noticed them.
I stripped them (poorly).
I played with them (a lot).
I tried to sharpen them (poorly).
We learn as we go. But one thing I did successfully was my google-fu. I found this site and saw a few pictures of Tom's work.
I contacted him and was stunned by how little he charges. The prices were low enough that they actually made me a little nervous. But service was prompt and the results fantastic. Now for a little cocobolo . . . .
