My little Gemini Family ~

As much as I wanted to keep her, she needed to be home in Wauseon with an amazing dude. May she be in your collection for generations! South Florida would have tarnished that amazing blade eventually and I just couldn't risk that, plus Len's selflessness and generosity to Adian while he was dealing with his move back to 'Merica and his new daughter made it an easy decision.

the bottom 2 are the Special Edition A2 steel Busse offered last year, a regular and the bottom is the "M" *shorter version*. One below the Crusader is the "Forsaken Gemini" the most recent variant. The Bruiser handled one I made a project out of by stripping it, stoning out all the machine marks *took months* and blueing it myself and put the handles back on. The M I also pulled the slabs and hot dyed them to a really dark green to go with the forest green coating and then reinstalled them. It's actually one of my favorite users. I also spent hours on the Edge-Pro changing the angles and giving it a mirror edge- I'm very careful handling it because it will cut you without you knowing it, it's that sharp - you'll know it when you notice blood everywhere. I cut myself when I was sharpening it but didn't realize it. I was working in the shop and my jacket sleeve felt sticky, I looked down and had blood running down to my elbow and my sleeve was sticking to the workbench HAHA! ~ Now I'll be on the hunt for a LB, need me a TGLB.

Yes I see it now.
Forsaken TG has the CBT grooves
The small letterings near the handle/blade junction indicate the special edition nature of the A2 version.

I really wish there'd be a thread with pictures of all the TG variants

Dang! With those sharpening skills, I might have to send you my TGLB! Although she might feel reunited with her sister and not want to come home.:eek:

The blued bruiser looks awesome! I had forgotten your post on that one until you mentioned it. She looks like a stripped TGLB now and that's what I thought she was.

You've got a few more to go before your Gemini collection is complete but you've got the hardest one to find so the rest should be cake. :cool::thumbsup::)

There's another TG, a proto recurve that I know a guy who has it and another custom Shop Crusader - I told him long ago to put me on the list if he should ever ;)
Ya, I need a LB for sure, but I keep holding out hope for the TGLBSE ` hey, it happened for the HogB8 right? only what, another 4 years and 300k posts? :D

Yep. I think we're definitely gonna get a throwback this year, either the TGLB or a Mistress. Either way, I'll be happy

Thanks Paul. Yeah, it kind of fell in my lap but once I got it in hand I simultaneously didn't want to let it go AND wanted to preserve its minty freshness so it came down to risking it or letting it go to a deserving HOG who would keep her safe.

Adian Adian posted in that thread regarding his Coral Superman Grail FFBM that he couldn't upload pictures of it because his Gold Membership had lapsed right after he had a baby daughter and while he was in the process of moving back to the States. Next thing you know, Leonardo63 Leonardo63 gifted him a Gold Membership completely unsolicited.

That reminds me Adian Adian , we need to see some new pics of that gorgeous beast!

Well, that sealed the deal on who was gonna be the new keeper of the Crusader so I reached out to Len. He had some stuff going on personally so we just completed the deal this past week.

For the kids at home, this is a good lesson to learn. Nice guys DON'T finish last. Treat people good, and good things will happen.

I’ll post some once our household goods get to the States and delivered to our new place on base. Sadly the earliest they could get us in a home is late June, so I’m spending a month in a hotel with my wife, a 4 year old and a 4 month old. Lord help me

My 4 year old is so bad about watching shows over and over! Luckily our hotel room now has a living room so I can just hook Netflix up in the bedroom and go to the other

Thanks! Actual flying to TX in a couple of days to pick up my Jeep and a few of my toys I left with my sis in law in April. Then driving back, then should only have about 3 more weeks in a hotel
