I still have the S90V Manix II out/in transit but here is my little but growing collection of Spyderco knives. I not sure why I waited so long to notice this knife company but I did. Better late than never I say in this case. Very pleased with all these new Spydercos.

Got the Millie just a little while ago and I am impressed with the lack of weight. You have to admire engineering for a purpose. I will admit that I think the Manix is a nicer knife. Anyway, I pulled the mini out of my pocket after a mere 2 days and will try this Millie for a bit.

All of these knives are in my everyday carry box and will see pocket time.

My very fancy EDC box with assorted knives. Now don't take it that the new Spydies are on top they are most favored (maybe right now being new and all).

And the contents of the box.

What you guys think of my taste in knives? gw

Nice EDC collection. You need a new box though. Also take that Buck/Mayo TNT out of there! Unless the Ti is already all scratched and rubbed up. Love me some TNT action.

Is that a Junglee Venom and a Buck Strider I see there?

Yes, a Venom and a 881 CE spearpoint which is the small one.

Just got the Larado from Lone Wolf...so can't really say as I only played with it a little. Its a nice piece though and will carry it as soon as I nick up those Spydies some. It feels good in the hand.

I hear ya...it is probably the best knife in the box. Its still in nearly new condition. Maybe I will set it aside.

Some are my taste, exactly. Some I would probably sell or give away. Your taste in lock back Spydercos is impeccable but I can't stand liner locks, no matter who makes them.

I also don't have much use for knives that don't lock. It's bad enough, using what amounts to being broken knives (folders), but I like my broken knives to at least pretend to be straight knives, and that means they must lock.

Well heck, why dont you just chuck em all in there together! :p

Nice to see a knife collection that is obviously used.....

I admit I don't have a fancy cabinet for mine either, although I do keep the pricier ones in separate pouches.

You need a Para-Millie next.....

The S90V CF Manix II just got here. Extremely impressive knife.
Should I through it in the EDC box with the others?

I see you've put your Persistence through some of the paces. I've started to do the same. It's performing well. Cut a bunch of cardboard boxes today and it was a persistent little one. :p

Well been carrying the Millie for a couple of days.

What I like:
The lite weight is great. I hardly know its in my pocket.
The 4" blade is impressive.
I like the fact its engineered for a purpose and successed in its goals/design.

What I don't like:
I think the thing may be just to damn big when I pull it out.
I think its more of a stabber than a cutter.

Its still a nice knife maybe just not for me.

Great little knife for sure. I think its got some paint on it even. I like it in the front pocket and some of the bigger clipped knives go in my back pocket. Anyway, I do like it and one can argue that its all the knife a fella needs for pocket carry. :)

Well I let the Millie go. Just to big and I'm not going to start gathering another makers knives in the sock drawer. Maybe a Para is in the future.
