Wife saw that I am a Hog and told kids....

My son didn't skip a beat! He's standing there with fridge door open. His idea of a Hog so far...more training to come

So when's little Die Hard Hog going to get his first Busse?

Now thats already happening. He's got the Assault Shaker...well he likes to think so.

He has had to hold most every knife I own. Of course , with a little guidance, sometimes a little assistance , but definitely with good shoes on:thumbup:

He knows he can't even get close to the blade....Can I hold the handle he says.

Good stuff for 3 yrs. Ready to go hunting. Well, start site seeing. The double bull blind will get a work out next year:thumbup:

Best way to start them!
Rhi started her knife collection before she was two (thanks to many friends who would slip in a little something for her in the packages we got). Every knife that came in for a sheath she had to touch (or hold if Daddy would let her). She learned very early how to handle a blade and now at 8 she is quick to tell her friends how to hold, sheath and handle the blade (and darn if she isn't better at the drill then we are). And she is very proud of her apprentice blade ... just need to find some yellow slabs for it!
