My lucky Spyker buy

My wife got me a Scorpius for Christmas. And then I got a Catcherman while on vacation over Christmas. So I said to myself, no more knives until at least the end of February so I can recover from Christmas.....

This past weekend I went to a shopping centre with a reasonable outdoor shop. Now last year they had a "green dot summer sale" where I picked up 4 Spydercos at the end of January. So when I went in and saw the green dots on selected knives my eyes started to twinkle. I asked the shop assistant what the price on the Spyker was. Get this, marked down from $250 to $111. I had never seen one so cheap and there is a scarcity factor coming into play. So I reasoned it out and told myself the same thing I said last January: "stuff it, if I don't take it now I will cry about this forever".

And I'm not sorry now. Been very happy since Sunday :D

Good catch Sir! You won't regret it.

I really like my Spyker...except for the horrible blade markings. It's very well made and ergonomically designed. IMHO, when it comes to markings on the blade, less is more. :D
