I think it turned out pretty well. I like it anyway. Now I just need to make some scales for it.

What material are you going to make the scales from?

And do you like it better without the ramp?
 
Scales Im not sure yet? I favor wood but g10 or micarta will work. Hell yea it's much better without the ramp. I do want to figure out how to put some jimping on though.

I prefer micarta but wood is awesome too. Been wanting to make some wood one's myself.

And for the jimping, just get some cheap diamond needle files or use a dremel tool. Just go slow and don't let it get to hot using the dremel.

That's what I used, I just started the jimping with a file to get te proper spacing

Scales are G10, Jimping made with a 1/8" chain saw file. Your patina looks almost like camo. Go slow and have fun with your project.
 
Hawk ............showing your knife is like showing off........I have lusted after that thing since I first saw it. Best looking BK7 on the planet. Really that's a beautiful 7 man. I will defiantly try jimping with the dremel. Thanks for the pic.
