How much did you have to remove from the ends of the scales on that top one?
 
The BK2 doesnt even look like that today i stripped and patinad it 2 days ago. It took me forever to figure out how to post pics though...

LOL, I'm here. Glad you got it figured out. Looks good, I really like the RB on that 6. How does the texturing on that BK2 feel?

Thanks Moose. That BK2 is rough as hell, im gonna try a set of wood scales this week maybe. She also has a new patina....

I thought it might. I'm one of the rare few that think the factory grivory on the BK2 is perfect. I do alot of carving and cutting in close proximity to the handle, and I have crafted for a few hours with no heating up or hot spots. Once of the reasons I live the BK2 grivory combo so well. Chopping is a different story, I like the micarta and rougher texture on my BK9, but for my got to hell BK2, she'll always have factory grivory.
