Is that it? :D
Mate...thats pretty darned impressive if you ask me...I think those seas horse whittlers are just a awesome knife.
Thank you for letting us "sift" through your knives

isee the Yello Trapper has the same cracks as mine...I love that knife

The equal end pen in the middle is a 06263 pattern, Case calls it an "Eisenhower"
pattern, after the General/U. S. President, of the same name.

Nice collection there.

Ray.

Thats a great looking group.Looks like they all get some pocket time and use which is  A few of those would be hard or at least pricey to replace.

Pert damn near all my knives share pocket time and all those Cases share pocket time.

BTW thanks for the pattern # Ray, I'll have to remember that, (write it down damn the 70s:o).

Very nice collection of working Case knives! Mine consists of 4 Trappers and one is for looking at.

That pre WWII Equal End in Greenbone is a really desirable knife. If it is from that era, then it can't actually be called an Eisenhower as he was president in the 50s. I believe it was called after him as he had a liking for this Equal End Pen and made a habit of giving them away.

Never thought of that, the knife is definately between 20s and 40s, I bought that at an estate auction for $3, it was buried in chainge purse at the bottom of a box lot, the mall pen is ground wafer thin and ha a swedge but the neat thing is the heat treat on the blade and it' thiness make it flexible like a fillet knife.

There are pictures here somewhere where you can ee the blade flexs nearly 80 degrees and springs back to straight and its razor sharp.

Ah here are the pics:

Exactly right Willgoy, Ike's favorite "give away knife" , took on the nickname later.

I wouldn't mind if Ike had given me one one! That blade is amazingly flexible, major find.

I picked up one of those 1978 canoes when a local hardware store closed out their selection. Always one of my favorites. I wish I'd found one of those 1978 campers too. Nice bunch of Case knifes!
