Yes it is a stone Okudo Range Suita
I use to create fog ( Kasumi finish)

This knife (Itinomonn boning )is well for meat , ribs, etc

The axe ( Itinomonn)to the bones, he successfully cope all bones , this is one of my favorite

I have knives and stones to show))...
