I didn't see a thread dedicated to introductions, so I'll do that here:
Hello. My name is Jason and I am an knife-oholic.
I've been collecting knives since I was 12 years old although I didn't get into the "collectors" knives until I had a decent paying job at 20.
My collection has had about 18 pieces over the years, it currently stands at 12 (fantasy stuff mostly, although I've recently come to appreciate the beauty of a truly functional blade). I can post one picture now, but I'll have to wait until I get home to post the rest (I'll also aim for high res shots if possible).
To date, the "prize" of my collection is my Boker/Magnum 2004 Limited Edition Kukri designed by Dietmar Pohl. #1133 of 1999 production pieces (pictured below)
I also have a few United Cutlery Gil Hibben fantasy daggers (Jackal, Griffin, Scorpion, Tiger Shark, Centurion, etc.), a couple of Bucks, a Benchmade Nimravus (tanto straight blade), and I'm never without my Hibben Profolder II.
