the Spec Ops Mini Cargo Pocket Organizer
I got this from USN Brother Mike at PMDC Tactical. It was on sale in his Spec Ops Sale thread HERE

I always wear a vest or jacket with inside pockets, cept in the hot weather, and this bag is always with me in the inside pocket. If I'm wearing my 5.11 pants it's in the left cargo pocket.
I keep spare camera batts in the outside mesh pocket, inside is a spiral pad, photon type light on the key keeper, Rottring pen/pencil, Clie PDA and tri pen with stylus, and a voice recorder.
This is the most carried stuff that I want to protect from rattlin around and this will fit my pocket and keep things handy. Course I carry a knife....or two along with a light ...or two.

I use this single bag as I don't/can't carry a Fatboy or other type of bag comfortably due to the spine damage.

The pen pockets are narrow and I can not fit the tri-pen in a pocket. I cOuld alway cut one and use it but I have no need to do that.

When I go someplace that I do have a larger bag I just slip this in and I'm good to go :)

The bag is the usual Spec Ops sturdy construction. The Zipper has never snagged or hung up. There's a small handle on the, outside back side to pull it out of the pocket, bag or, in my imagination, ....motorcycle bags :)

Here's my gear. I keep this configuration to protect my PDA and the recorder.
The loop on the top of the pic is not the handle, it is the key keeper that is inside the pouch. The handle does not protrude above the top plane of the pouch.

And here's a shot of the storage of four aa batts for my camera that is always with me. The batts in the mesh pocket makes the bag bulge a bit. I don't know what the mesh is useful for other than this but it keeps the batts handy :)

The batt case is from FRY's ~$1. a very useful case, indeed!

INANYCASE.COM also has some very useful cases for all sorts of things, including batts :)

Good stuff Tom! I was just looking at those the other day at my local Army Navy store. Nice gear for sure. I like the battery case too. :)

I am very happy with mine. It also has its place in my backpack when I carry that, alongside my original On Board Cargo Pocket which holds my mini med kit.

Damn...now i want one. I just ordered myself my first PDA and this would be ideal for me to put my notepad and pens , pda and stuff.

Any suggestions on a good website to order online. I'm in the UK by the way so i need somewhere that takes int. credit cards.

I get tired having to change my pants 'cos i need to move all the stuff in my cargo pocket

Some folk asked me about the back of the SpecOps Mini Organizer... so here it is with a Wilderness five stitch for a size reference.
The belt is 1.5 inches wide.
There's ~ 3.75 inches of space where the belt is taking up 1.5 inch of space..
Lots of options for attaching, I guess.
There's a carry or pull strap on the top of the bag
Cardimon, Maybe this affords a way to put a shoulder strap on..Thru the loops or using the handle???
:)

I could work with that arrangement. Whenever something is jerryrigged, however, the getup usually doesn't look very well when paired with a dressy casual outfit -- for the office, for instance.

How does something look worn with khakis, a sweater, and a blazer, compared to how it looks worn with jeans and a sweater. I already look like a nerd. I don't need to increase my nerdiness factor. :)
