I had the afternoon off on Friday and decided to take a bit of a trip to an authorized dealer about an hour from my house. When I walked in I noticed a nice selection of knives from various makers, both custom and production, but when I found the Chris Reeve section I was a bit disappointed - at first. I was hoping to see a few smalls with different inlays, but they only had a few plains. I started a conversation with the lady behind the counter and she showed me a few nice Mnandis, but when I told her I was looking for a small maybe with an inlay or graphic she said that all they have is in the display case.... but then she asked if I saw what they had on display in the store window. A few seconds later she retrieved the display in the window and I knew my trip had not been wasted.

I had one identical to that. Funny thing is its the knife that turned me off on the Large 21 for a Long time........... Went to a family gathering and someone asked for a knife. When I pulled this out and opened it up, nearly everyone freaked saying that I had a folding machete in my pocket and that it was Super Pointy. Something they never did with the large regulars I frequently carried. Took me awhile to warm back up to the 21 after that "sheeople" response. Now, I carry what I want and enjoy it.

Absolutely beautiful! One of my favorites for sure. Now you just need the daytime one. Haha :)

Absolutely beautiful. That makes one wonder, how can some folks think CRK's are dull and boring!!!
