Got my Natural Outlaw on Monday, its the ideal size for an every day carry. Small enough to be carried on the body, but large enough to handle most tasks. Surprised by the feel, this is not a small knife by any means at 11.5"x0.25", yet it feels totally natural in the hand. Was considering getting a Badger Attach instead, now that I have the NO, I know it was the right choice. The BA would have left me wanting in the size aspect. Got a great deal on it, and included was the kydex sheath in the picture, not sure who made it. Sheath has perfect fit, however its failing miserably for horizontal back carry. It clips on securely, however due to the handle weight keeps coming unclipped and falling to the ground. Already sent an email to a sheath maker to remedy that situation. Definately a great addition to my daily carry.

Recommend this knife to anyone looking for a Busse as a daily carry.

However it is a little large to carry on the H...

As far as the sheath goes,, I can tell you that the one you have isn't one of mine..

AnklePocket:

Don't know, I bought of a post on knifeforums last week. If this was your knife, I like it :D

I'm going to have Joe Chen make me a new sheath for it. He did a great kydex job for my Strider AR, no doubt the one for this NO will be great as well.

YeeeHaaww! They're here.. uh, I mean it's here... I mean... I'm confused...

I finally got my UPS package from Busse. I'd ordered the ZT trio in June, then as soon as the online ordering became available for them, I ordered the set of three kydex First Position sheaths. I rather expected a box with three knives. Then later, I'd expect a box with three sheaths.

Today, I received a ZT Natural Outlaw, WITH a kydex sheath. What am I missing here? I made one order for three knives, then another order for three sheaths. How did I end up with a box containing one-third of each order? Jerry? What happened to the combined three-knife SETS?

The ZT NO feels good in the hand. Couple of fine tool marks on the tang, three tiny shiny dings on the edge that should clean up fine. Nice appearance with the "white" blade and brown micarta scales. Very light, compared to my straight SH II. I like it! :D

Now I can't wait for the other two knives and sheaths. :D

Lane,
Same thing happened to me. I ordered the Set and have just received the NO so far. I think that because of the Production Delays that Jerry has mentioned they are a little behind on some of the knives but instead of making us wait for the whole order to be completed they went ahead and sent out the ones they had finished. After all INFI in the hand is better than 2 in the bush ;):D, or something like that. This is just speculation on my part, so I may be wrong ;)

Lane,
I think Eric is right!!!:D I didn't receive all the knives
I ordered at once.
Jerry told me he didn't want me, to OD on INFI.
So, I guess the good thing about it is you have something to
play with now. And you'll still have the thrill when another
box comes!!!!;)

I'll play with the ZTNO and wait impatiently for the rest of the set. I guess I had this idea that the one-time-only limited run of 400 ZT sets was about done; they just needed to get them out and have the sheaths made. But if only the blanks existed when the sets were sold, I can see where it might take a while.

I guess I'll just amuse myself with the Tek-lok on the sheath, and cleaning/polishing up the NO.

But I REEEEEEEEEEEEALLY want to see the brown truck again. :D
