I got this 110 Master Series for Christmas (09) from my son and his wife... I Love it... They gave me a FG Stag 500 first but I took it back and got the 110... The 500 had a small crack on one of the stag handles by one of its pins (rivets)... The crack wasn't that bad, but if your going to pay alot for a great looking knife I want it just right... Have a look at my new 110 and here's a few pics of the 500 I took back ... :eek: ... I'm glad I had one like it all most, but with out the FGs... My son and daughter said take it back, so I did... Thanks for looking.... ITE

Very nice Armand,

I know you will enjoy the MS 110 for years to come. The FG 500 with the gold grazing deer etch is interesting. I have one like you stated, no FG and no pins! I will look for a photo to add.

John, the one I took back had just black etching... No gold like yours...
I think I will go back and get it from him... I like your 500s... :thumbup: ... Thanks for the pics.... ITE

I really have to get one of the Master Series some day! Great looking knife.

I think that's a smart move Armand. That may be a proto for the grazing deer LE. When you go back to get it try to get the price lowered as it has a crack by one of the rivets;).

John, that's a good idea... I can live with the crack... :eek: .... I just won't look at the other side of the knife.... ITE
