While it's not a custom, it is my first Emerson knife and I'm very pleased with it. The 'wave' opening feature is astonishing in it's simplicity and practicality. My sincere thanks go out to the Suspect from whom I acquired it, and as well to all who make this forum a great place to visit and an invaluable resource for Emerson enthusiasts.

Trust: Great score! Regardless of whether you've aquired a custom or production, you have certainly made the right choice in blades. Let the search for the '98 begin...;)

Welcome! :) Great first Emerson choice!

Nice pic! :) The Commander photos well! :D

Very nice pic. RAYE is right on the money..........you couldn't get a better blade ( unless you go custom ). The more you carry it, the more you'll love it and feel naked and lonely without it. If you run to the store for milk and find out once you get there that you've mistakenly left it at home.............you'll go back for it just so you can take it EVERYWHERE :D . Congrats, and welcome to poverty.

Awsome pic bro!

It now resides on my desktop...

My first emerson was a 2000 CQC7A-BTS, production, Yes, but what a knife.

By the way, my wife agrees to the 'welcome to poverty' statement. I have just purchased 2 more with other possibles in the loop thru the forum.

They aint cheap in Oz!

Again, nice pic!

Am I a suspect now????

RAYE,
"Let the search for the '98 begin" you say? I get an extra large case of envy when I see all the great customs posted here. Now you'll have me lusting after a production knife too!

Hilton,
Thanks for the welcome, and for a superb transaction.

Woody,
You're right, it does feel wrong to go out w/o it! It's in my pocket now as I type.

Guy,
Happy to be of service to your desktop. :) So glad you like the pic.

See2,
Professional photographer? Nope not me! I have a little 2.1MP digital camera that I mess around with. It's not that I have any talent at all, I just snap vast amounts of shots hoping that at least one turns out ok. :D Being that the camera is digital, I can erase them all and start again.

Seth,
Thanks for the kind words.

I appreciate ALL the replies. Sorry I couldn't get to them sooner, it's been a busy past few days.

Regards,
TRUST

PS: Here another pic.
