So I picked up both of these recently along with the Buy Brown sheaths for my BIGT NMFSH and TGLB. I love how thick the HOFSH is, but not sure I like the red/ black g10. Thats east enough to change I guess. The SH Ergo is double cut or bead blasted prototype with a more severe angle to handle. No clue as to how many are actually out there, I was told only a few. Its new from what I can tell with only a few marks on the blade from the kydex sheath. Found a couple threads along with what the seller gave me to look at. Any info would be appreciated. Enjoy the pics and let me know what you guys think!

The red looks good with the black blade. I'd keep it.

The NMFSH is awesome too! Looks like a kick butt chopper!

I have a CG ASH-1 that's .32 thick, blue and black G10, and love the feel and the look as well. It's a great blade, but with some recent aquisitions, the lines are getting blurred so I may have to catch and release.

If I hold onto it and actually start using it, I have a mind to taper the tang. I think that would tip the balance a bit more toward the blade, and really add some capability to the package.

I contacted the custom shop to see if they would do it, but no deal.

Could you do it yourself, with a file? Go slow and you won't hurt the heat treat I bet.

Wow, Cobalt's (yours now) SHe proto. Haven't seen that posted here for a while. :) Nice scores!
