Just received it, thought I'd throw a pic up.

First the UPS guy...taunting me. I can see the Busse box as he comes strolling down the street. Also the last package he checks from his cache. Enough with the foreplay, dude.

I think this just might be the one I've been looking for. The terror monkey seemed a tad small for me, the Garth NMSFNO a touch too much, but this one, juuust right.

Congratulations! Good looking blade. I wish mine would hurry up and arrive. I'm dying to see how it compares with a fatty ASH.

The way the shadow plays on the bevels that almost looks like a hollow primary grind. Is it by chance?

Hey, Will, I see what you mean about how it throws light and agree it definitely seems to be ever-so-slightly hollow. However, it doesn't feel hollow (science!) nor does it seem to allow light under differently across the blade. Hope that helps.

 
There needs to be a release of these. I don't think I'll be buying another Busse until the BIG ASH or the B8 is available.

Does make me wonder what a hollow-ground/LB treatment might bring to the ASH equation.
