WOW! What a great knife! 9"-- 7 oz. Satisalwood handle. Thank you Yangdu!! I had this knife sharpened at a local shop. The ownwer wanted to buy it. The blade took a very nice edge. It came from H.I. highly polished and "field" sharp. Now it is amazingly sharp and ready for action!!!!

Nice! I'm a big fan of the Bilton! It's a great belt knive that is very durable and versitile.

Now you done it, I was about half way to a Sirupati or an Ang Khola and now you give this noob Bilton fever. Guess I'll be ordering shortly. A Bilton in hand is worth an Ang Khola in the future? Does that make a lick of sense?

Well I just ordered up a Bilton to call my very own. If I get in trouble with the missus I'm blaming you guys. OK?

I polished up and pamper my WWII today, all shiny and pretty. Now something good to look forward too. Tick tock, tick tock.

The Bilton is awsome! I really love mine. Received it last week. It's my first HI Kukri. Good to see I'm not alone here as far as love for the Bilton lol....

Whooo hooo, my own new Bilton arrived about 5 minutes ago at my desk. What a proverbial thing of beauty it is. My earlier question regarding prettying up the handle does no longer apply. It's near perfect as it. Drop dead gorgeous.

I feel like a dumb head, I knew in my head that Yandu probably mailed it on Monday, heard she's wicked fast. Thought it would be here yesterday so I sent her an email, she got right back of course and confirmed it was sent Monday. So the USPS was slow for priority mail. Not her fault in the least and I feel bad for bothering her.

I don't have a camera here at work so I'll take a picture tonight and post. As mentioned by someone else, I need a second job, I have major Kuhkri wants.

Thank you Yandu, you made my month.

@Mono - I'll bet that handle would take to a mineral oil rub real nice. Those pores look thirsty!
