I just got my BK14 ESKABAR. Wrapped the handle with Halloween Camo 550 cord.

I guess I am one of you Beckerheads now! :o

I found my answer so I deleted the question. I was going to ask what the proper blade angle was for the ESKABAR.
I found on another thread 15 dgrees. That kind of suprised me. I figured at least 25 for such a rugged little knife! The other question is were can I buy some scales or material to make my own? (if I decide to try it)

try that auction web site if you want something specific..... or go ahead and get you some hard wood and fiddle away till you get something you like, I did that with my bk11 and some teak. to be honest no prefabricated micarta handles makes me more happy than to use my teak wood made handles, made just for me, to my liking.

Customize away !

All kinds of stuff you can do. Wrap looks good. Won't loose that in the snow ;)

I have an Eskabar coming (courtesy of Ethan) I'm going to do something funky for that.

Working on a set of teaks for my Izula II right now.
