I just finished up a few BK2 sheaths. One for me and two for forum members and thought you all would like to see them. These are all pouch style sheaths made from 8-9oz oak leather, hand stitched with nylon thread and finished with Montana Pitch Blend.
All 3 sheaths. Mine is the natural colored one on the left with the black stitching:
Backside. Notice the smoky colored snaps on mine?:
Medium Brown, Lowride pouch with firesteel and 2 piggyback loops:
Black High Ride with Quick release belt loop and firesteel loop:
The natural and black colored ones have quick on-off belt loops. I have a D-ring on mine because I wear it on a Dangler loop and tied down. IMO works pretty well that way. Mine was made first as a trial run because I lost my old pattern and kept messing up the new one, third time was the charm. That retaught me to test fit the pattern before I cut out the leather. :foot:
Let me know what you think. Thanks!
