Just thought I'd post a few pics of my new knife from Bryan Breeden. I've been working long night shifts so not really had all that much time to test it yet but first impressions are that I'm very impressed.

I designed the knife so the handle permits two different types of grips, one lets you choke right up and gives great control for fine work carving trap triggers etc and the second grip lets you set your hand further back for chopping work.......seems to work just as I'd hoped !

It has a great edge as we have come to expect from Bryan. The grind appears to start from about 5/8" up from the edge so it reminds me of the ' Scandi-vex ' grinds that keep appearing on these forums.
Works great for fuzzies !

I'll give a more indepth review as soon as I get time.

Thanks again Bryan, love it.

Looks great! I have a "Lord Greystoke" Preacherman's chopper from Bryan. It is a wicked sharp beast of a knife, and not my last Breeden knife.

Looks defective to me

Send it to my house for proper long term disposal

:)

Looks like the type of knife he normally makes--which is ----(wait for it)-------

GREAT!!!!

Looks like a winner and you still need to send it to Texas

:)

Glad to hear you like your knife Pitdog. I look forward to seeing and reading what all you do in your testing of your knife.
I am going to try and get mine done that I started in the next month.
Thanks for the kind words also guys.

Bryan

That looks like a beast! Knowing Bryan's work...I know it's also razor sharp. I love the wide, narrow blade profile! Excellent work Bryan and you're a lucky dog Pit :D

It's great to see that you got it Pit. Bet you will be making traps and cutting lots of wood with that one.

Looks like a great design Pit! I'm sure it's wicked sharp - you know it's gonna bite at some point..... i hope it's just a nibble!

How's the balance? I know Bryan likes to make the balance at the end of the slabs - does your Taiga Knife vary from that?

I'm surprised no one has used a handle design like that before. It looks like it would be great for multiple tasks.
