OK...new package arrived...unboxed it and.....I can't put it down. There's no hunting here on Sundays, so I'm half tempted to go pick up a road kill...just to try this knife out. Anyone here know the model number of it?:D:p;)

Thats a sweet lookin knife. I really like the bone, I wish Buck would do more knives with bone... Any idea what the material is thats used for the spacer ?

Which steel does that knife have ? I see the paperwork its laying on, lists ATS-34 and BG-42.

NO hunting on Sundays ? What kind of a state do you live in? :D

The spacer material between the bone slabs on the handle is just Bucks fibron or pakkawood stained brown. The steel is 420HC. Virginia isn't all bad...I can carry handguns openly...or concealed...

Nice looking knife Scott . 338, thats micarta on the spacers . I don't know the steel . DM

Now just what would we call a "set" like this...104 is a Twin Set, 109 is The Ranger Set, 115 is the Sportsmans Set, and the 117 is the Trophy Set, and this would be....

I ordered 2 of those 103s from Bucks web special page.....and a good friend chamfered the one 103 for me....and it turned out fantastic
I'd really like to see Buck offer this knife as a limited edition...or paired up for a Buck Collectors Club fundraiser set :D
