YAY!!
Today was a couple first for me.

1.First Classic Seb
2.First Inlay
3.First Mnandi

Finally got my mitts on a Lrg Sebenza with Mammoth Bark :)
I am a huge fan of Mammoth bark, i just love the colors and the earthy appearance to it.
And just to put the icing on the cake, i also recieved my first Mnandi, and I am really digging this knife. What really drew me to this particular specimen was the grain structure of the Cocobolo scales, i personally have never seen an inlay that has this type of grain.Check out how it curves towards the middle and kind of cascades down...TOO COOL!!

Thanks for looking everyone!

:thumbup:A BIG thanks goes out to Neil @ TNK's...and of course CRK's:thumbup:

Both are BEAUTs!

The Gold stud complements the Mammoth Bark beautifully!

P.S. I'll be lurking YT for the vids..

:thumbup: What a beauty. Congrats. The Mammoth Bark has really its own character. It seems it's telling stories from long ago.
I'm jeaulous :)

Oh yes.........

That Classic Sebbie is a beauty. Well done.

And the Mnandi is not too shabby either.

Both are incredibly cool but the Mammoth Bark is stunning. Congratulations!!

That curve toward the middle and cascading down grain works GREAT to match the handle of the Mnandi, nice choice on that one!
Of course the Mammoth needs no justification.

Forgive me for messing with your picture, TLU, but I just had to have a close up of the Mnandi. Very, very cool.

I really feel lucky to of scored these two, especially the Sebbie w/Bark.I've had a huge grin on my face all day( something like this :D )

...And Thomason, thanks for the close up shot of the Mnandi.I had taken the pics and up-loaded them when I realized I had no close shot of it...had to leave for work by then.

And Yes, you guys already know vids are in the future.Gotta share in the addiction.

Totally agree, it follows the flow of the scales perfectly :)

And the bark on the Sebbie really shows a ton of character
