And I have to give Benchmark credit where do - Believe it or not, I placed my order on March 1 and received my custom knife March10 - no shit! It took longer than that to get screws for a pocket clip??? Anyway I could not be happier with Benchmade right now!

i think it has to do with the time of year as to how busy they are, pretty sure spring is probably fairly slow for them. the only custom shop knife i have is a full size crooked river that i got a couple years ago. i ordered it on a thursday & had it in my hand by the next wednesday.
 
Ya, the Barrage is my favorite folder.

It took me 3 months to get a custom Barrage (ordered Dec 6). I'm guessing the CF was the material holding up the job. BM sent the wrong knife so I just decided on a refund. (LMAO)

Still very surprised your custom order arrived 10 days later!
