My New Dave Beck Custom Knife

Let's see if this works...
This is the "Survival Guide" knife I designed which was built by David Beck.
The specs are as follows-
7" Blade
1/4" thick differentially heat treated O-1
4 1/4" Row of staggered sawteeth
Tapered Tang
Olive Drab Linen Micarta Scales
Brass Loveless Bolts
Hope you like it. The design incorporates everything I wanted in a knife but I never found a knife that had all these features. Dave really brought this design to life and it exceeded all of my expectations. Can't wait to try out this baby!

I like everything about this knife except for the saw spine. That is a feature on survival knives that I have never cared for.

If you had seen David's old catalog you can see it is useful. It was to make notches. Somethings has a purpose even though it not a big part.

It is cool getting a knife with everything you want! Sheath too, it holds my World Survival Institute P60-C fireststarter/ceramic rod sharpener.
