Just wanted to show off my new EDC fixed blade from Razorback Knives.

After recently buying on of Scott's knives I new I had found the guy
to approach about building a knife I had been thinking about for awhile.
I was wanting a small fixed blade EDC with a traditional look for the
knife and sheath. I also wanted the option of pocket or neck carry
with a special sheath. After back and forth by e-mail I sent Scott
a sketch of the sheath idea and he started work. (excuse the pictures,
it was starting to rain as I went out and was very overcast)

The knife specs are:

Blade 1/8th In. D2 with 3 inch spearpoint blade. (his sharpening skills
are truly scary!)
Overall Length 6 1/2 In.
Scales Jigged Water Buffalo Horn thinned down to arounf 9/16th total thickness.

The sheath has an extended back with grommets for a neck cord, or it
can be slid into a pocket.

He nailed dead on what I was wanting, a small sturdy light lowprofile EDC.

It's kinda cool to have my first knife that was built "just the way I wanted it"!

Thanks again Scott!

Very nice acquisition!
Please give us a little review after you've had a chance to use it for a bit.

Thanks LC for giving me the opportunity to make an EDC customized the way you wanted it. This size knife is probably my favorite to make next to the larger camp knives. The smaller fixed blade comes in handy for everyday use without drawing too much attention. Keep me posted on how it works for your EDC needs. Great idea for a double duty carry sheath. :)

I carried it today to dinner at a local resturant, and was surpised how well it rides in my front pocket. It was undetectable and completely comfortable even in the sitting position.

Sounds like the pocket option worked out great. ;)

Isn't it just a great feeling when you get a new handmade and "wear" it for the first time, I'm getting goosebumps just thinking about it.

Pretty neat little setup. I have toyed with the idea of trying to make a pocket sized fixed blade my regular EDC...that knife you got looks like it would fill the role nicely.

So far I am really happy with it, it's been to gosh darn HOT around here to go fishing this last week, so I haven't had a chance to really get out and do mch with it.
