My new EDC. It's Nuclear

I have been thinking of starting to carry a fixed blade some days, particularly on weekends when I'm not in an office environment. I had not made up my mind on exactly what blade I would choose, but then as luck would have it I saw a Nuclear EDC hit the exchange and I quickly snatched it up. I like it. A lot. Since I've only been into Busse's for a couple years, I had never heard of the Nuclear EDC before, but after a little digging I found a post where Jerry posted a pic of one as a sneak peak for Blade Show 2008. Here is his introduction post:

Here's a very limited custom Nuclear EDC with tiger hide handles and frosted camo. . . . It features a 3/16" thick, 4" long blade with a bomb-proof armor piercing point and an overall length of 8 1/4 inches. . . No two blades have the same camo pattern.. . ..:thumbup:

Now that you mention it, and after staring at some pics, I think you're right. Very cool.

I saw this one too and was real tempted. Nice score, it's a beauty and I am hesitant to admit I do not own any tigerhide..

I started EDC'ing a fixed blade a couple of years ago when I went primarily to pocket carry for my pistol. It's kind of like carrying a 4" slip joint, once you get acclimated to it you don't even notice. If I carry a folder 2-3 days a month I'd be surprised.

Just finished this sharkskin sheath for what is possibly my new favorite EDC, the High Street. I was posting a picture it in a different thread when I saw this one.
