I've had my Gunting for a few days now and at 1st, like many I'm sure
My thoughts when I f1st opened it was ohhhhh,now what? And after reading some past post and looking at it for what it was designed for and not just a nother knife it came too me.It's not just a nother knife! You really have too forget about all the things that make up your other EDCs and first look at closed instead of opened. I'm just learning some pressure points from my brother how is a LEO and so far,
seems very affective! The Gunting even has to be (IMHO) carried diffrently then my other ones,ITW seems to work best for me and helped me to over come the weight of it.And now for the opened part! The Gunting's blade is one of the best patterns (IMHO) that I've had so far! And before I've never like the blade being smaller than the handle but on the Gunting it would look right if it wasn't.All in all Bram did a great job in designing the Gunting and we are all lucky he picked Spyderco to produce it!! Now all I need is the tapes and a drone and many hours of free time!!!
