i just got finished making my own kydex sheath for my new MT MOD 10 and this thing is the $HIT. the sheath doesnt look all that great but its damn near perfect as far as functionality.
i didnt think the knife would be as comfortable IWB as it actually is
its pretty easy to sit down with it on too
this one is definetaly coming to work with me tommorow 
one tip though: NEVER EVER EVER put warm kydex in your pocket no matter how much you think its cooled down!
