My new favorite!!

I received my 2006 Cqc-12 a day ago and after carrying and using for an entire day I am trying to think why I waited so long to get one. Everything about this knife is perfect. I have quite a few emersons but this is my first frame lock and now Im thinking about picking up an HD-7.

What's everyone else's favorite?

I recently picked up a CQC 12 myself and have to ask myself the same thing. It's a stellar knife for sure. Mine is partially serrated, which I was hesitant about, but really like it.
